Lexmark International, the printing and imaging solutions provider, is launching a new EMEA channel programme. The Lexmark Business Solutions Dealer (BSD) Programme replaces Lexmark’s ValuePrint Programme (LVP) and is designed to fit more closely with Lexmark’s high-value approach moving forward.
The BSD programme has been developed to help Lexmark’s channel partners provide a more solutions-focussed offering for their customers in order to benefit from incremental business opportunities.
It includes fully managed print services and access to Lexmark’s workflow-enhancing solutions and will also offer new software and dedicated support. Lexmark has developed a vendor agnostic fleet management tool, available exclusively to BSD partners, giving them the ability to provide end-users better visibility and management of their asset base.
Channel partners will continue to receive exclusive access to a range of special devices and consumables and as a result will continue to benefit from the unique incentives and pricing associated with the range.
This product-line includes 26 different models from low-end monochrome laser printers to departmental colour multi-functional devices allowing channel partners to offer highly tailored output strategies and attractive cost-per-page offerings to their clients.
“The BSD programme is undergoing an important evolution towards added-value solutions, enabling our channel partners to grow their offerings and take advantage of the business opportunities that this will bring,” says Francois Feuillet, GM channel at Lexmark EMEA.
Under the BSD programme, existing contracts with channel partners and Lexmark’s terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
