Cyberoam has announced the launch of Cyberoam’s on-Cloud Management Service (CCMS) which allows its partners to support Cyberoam customers effortlessly with an on-cloud tool, leaving partners with more time out from servicing their customers to focus on new business opportunities.
As their business grows, partners’ cost and complexity to support their customers also multiplies, affecting their operations and bottom line. Available on the cloud, CCMS enables partners to manage hundreds of Cyberoam appliances for multiple customers from a single interface, anywhere and over any device, anytime.
This eliminates dependence on office infrastructure to support customers, reducing support cost for partners and also improving their bottom line.
With Cyberoam’s on-Cloud Management Service, Cyberoam partners can have their own Security Operations Centre (SOC) on the cloud at zero investment, with a data centre and a web portal to manage their customer appliances.
They get a ready-to-use, auto-scalable infrastructure as their business needs grow, along with automatic back-up of appliance configurations on the cloud, which eliminates the need for manual back-ups and data storage in their local servers.
Partners can offer real-time security management against zero-hour threats with centralised policy creation and implementation and take a proactive security approach for their customers’ networks. Integration of CCMS with the partner portal offers huge convenience to Cyberoam’s existing partners in managing and supporting their customers.
CCMS also offers partners an opportunity to become MSSP and offer host of security services to customers.
