Kaspersky Lab has announced a contest for African users of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015, Kaspersky Internet Security – multi-device 2015 and Kaspersky PURE 3.0.
Participants need to show their knowledge by answering seven questions about Scuderia Ferrari. The top performers, and the first people to sign up, are guaranteed to win prizes. The top prize is an unforgettable experience during the race weekend in Monaco.
The contest started on 08 September 2014 and runs until 15 March 2015.To participate – just buy a Kaspersky Lab product for home users in a box with a special promotional sticker from a retail store or kaspersky.co.za/home-security. Then fill in the registration form at www.kaspersky-racing.com – the official site of the contest. The first 230 000 participants will be sent a free installation code for the Ferrari Virtual Academy PC racing simulator that puts you behind the wheel of a Scuderia Ferrari racing car.
But that’s only the start – there are more prizes to be won. Take our short test and answer seven questions about Scuderia Ferrari. On the 15th day of each month of the contest four winners will be announced. Speed and accuracy are crucial – the prizes go to the four people who get the most correct answers in the quickest time. The prizes include an LED TV, a Sony PlayStation 4 games console, a tablet and a smartphone.
The participants who do not win in the first round should not despair – they will get a chance to win in the next rounds: in ones they participated, their results will be summed up at the end of each round during the whole period until the end of the contest in March. Contestants can enter once for every product license they purchase, so buying more packages means more chances to win. But it’s not that easy – the questions are updated every time.
At the end of the competition, the top-scoring entrant will be awarded the grand prize – a trip for two to the Monaco Grand Prix in May 2015 and the chance to support Scuderia Ferrari. Kaspersky Lab shall bear the costs for travel and accommodation as well as the tickets to the race.
“As long-standing partners, Kaspersky Lab and Ferrari share many common values such as the desire to be first in everything, the passion for self-improvement and striving for new knowledge. Everyone who enters this competition can demonstrate their own will to win and intelligence – as well as winning some great prizes,” says Anastasiya Semenova, head of Marketing, Emerging Markets at Kaspersky Lab.
The contest is open to adult users based on the territory of the countries in Africa (Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Cote d’Ivoire, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe).
