Further boosting its hardware offerings to the local channel, Kolok SA has been appointed an official distributor for LG Electronics’ range of B2B products, including monitors, projectors, storage and peripherals.
The LG product portfolio underscores Kolok’s goal to provide affordable, productive hardware solutions that complement and enhance its own and clients’ existing offering to companies.
“Growing our hardware division is a major priority and partnering with LG undoubtedly drives this goal and differentiates our business in a very competitive market,” says Allan Thompson, MD of Kolok SA.
Kolok’s core business lies in the distribution of consumer and office products. Its continued growth into the hardware distribution marketplace represents its expanding business while also adhering to both market and customer needs.
LG’s monitors are already available from Kolok and the portfolio will be expanded to include projectors and data storage within the next three to six months.
“Our goal is to offer a strong, go-to-market system integrator offering to our resellers,” says Thompson. “Kolok’s overarching goal is to cherry pick the hardware products that we bring to market and LG undoubtedly fits this bill.”
Vikesh Mahabeer, GM IT/B2B at LG Electronics SA, says: “LG is a strong brand and a leader in technology especially in the PC monitor, data storage and projector segments and I believe we can explore new territories working through Kolok SA.”
The LG portfolio will complement the company’s existing hardware offerings which include Canon, OKI and Pantum printers, Acer and HP hardware and Kaspersky security solutions
