Just when you thought the South African financial and insurance markets had reached a plateau in terms of software development and application offerings, IntegriSure has released a brand new app that surpasses expectations within the insurance field.
The company has announced today the launch of their revolutionary customer application for smartphones and devices, the IntegriSure App.

“We of course needed to ensure the basic functionalities for users were covered, such as free use, a seamless and practical user interface as well as a comprehensive database of crucial information relating to your short-term insurance,” says Sandro Geyser, head of Business Support at IntegriSure.

However, in a saturated online application market, IntegriSure set out to find a way to deliver unique and tangible value in order to break through the clutter, and the company has done just that with their latest development.

“The features that we are most excited about include the fact that the IntegriSure App also gives users access to IntegriAssist, our 24 hour emergency services, among other added features that create real value for users.” Geyser goes on to explain that even non-members who use the IntegriSure App and request a quote will have unlimited access to these services for a full 30 days, an unprecedented benefit offering in the short-term insurance industry.

“Our content is also a factor we are incredibly proud of due to its usefulness and relevance, and we have designed sections of the app to stream instant traffic updates, the latest news and much more,” Geyser continues. “The app comes in both English and Afrikaans, another first for app development is SA, so we are able to cater to a much wider and more varied audience.”

A member-specific offering from IntegriApp is the ability to view their personal cover details, get fast and efficient assistance on any claims-related matters, as well as have instant access to all their personal claims information at any time, should they need it.

The IntegriSure App has been created as an extension to the company’s well established e-Centre, which is housed and accessed from the IntegriSure website. Here, the company’s members are able to utilise the services offered to easily access their latest policy schedules and documents, summaries of cover, accounts information, claims tracking and useful manuals, among other features.

The company has taken this successful service to new heights with the release of the IntegriSure App, and ensured they have included access to the best of their online features.

“Existing users can use their e-Centre login info to access an emergency panic button feature and advanced privacy settings, as well as personalisation and design settings,” explains Geyser. “Members also have access to the full suite of IntegriSure social media channels – Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.”

With the IntegriSure App already receiving wide recognition and credibility for its value offerings and ease of use for both members and non-members alike, the industry is ready to see others follow in the wake of this bold step and break the mould.

“There is no room in the market for offerings that aren’t actually useful and valuable to consumers. We definitely recognise this, and have taken painstaking steps we can to ensure that any offering we put out is one that is relevant and creates real, sustainable benefits for users,” Geyser concludes.
