Cell C has launched two new promotions, as well as the extension of existing promotions, for both prepaid and postpaid users.

From Sunday 7 December, Cell C customers who sign up for the Infinity Select product will not only get Unlimited calls and SMSs to any local network but will now get an increased value of 10Gb of data per month – for the duration of the contract – which will allow them an unlimited data experience, this is a 230% increase in the data allocation. We understand that our customers use more data on their smart phones and are therefore offering customers value that they can use.
This product is available as a SIM-only plan at R999 per month, making Cell C’s Infinity SIM Only contract by far the best value unlimited package available to customers at the most competitive price in the market. Add any of our latest smartphones and pay from R1 399 per month.
“The massive boost in data on top of the unlimited talk time and SMS is a great offer if you want to save on your telco bill. With 10Gb per month of data for the duration of their contracts, Cell C subscribers using this product will really feel the unlimited experience, with no hidden costs,” says Dos Santos.
The new Infinity Select promotion will be available to new customers until 15 March 2015.
Cell C is discounting the price of its 2,4Gb prepaid data package offer (200MB per month for 12 months) from R189 to R79. Customers pay an unbeatable price of R79 once-off and receive 200Mb data monthly for 12 months. Should customers want more data monthly, they can simply top up with our data bundles. This promotion will be available from Sunday until 31 January 2015.
“We have seen massive take up of our more innovative promotions and products and we continuously strive to keep up with both our consumer and business customers’ needs,” says Dos Santos.
He adds that, due to popular demand, Cell C will also extend its free WhatsApp and MegaBonus promotions.
“The WhatsApp package, that offers our customers zero data charges when using the application, will now be extended until the end of March 2015 for all qualifying plans and the MegaBonus promotion which offers four times the value of the recharge will now be available to customers until 31 December 2014,” Dos Santos adds.
