Adobe Acrobat Pro and Standard are now available to the channel on subscription from local Adobe distributor Dax Data.
Delivered via the Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP), the move extends the power of Acrobat to mobile users, allowing them to work from anywhere, on any device.
Acrobat’s VIP subscription not only includes the full desktop software, but goes a step further to deliver online services such as – enabling users to convert, combine and export PDFs from Android and iOS devices as well as access their accounts from any browser. With Acrobat for mobile it’s easy to add comments to PDF files, quickly fill out PDF forms and e-sign PDF documents directly from a device.
Updates are included, so all subscribers get the newest features the minute they’re available, at no additional cost.
“With the recent influx of BYOD (bring your own device) to the workplace, it has become apparent that many employees prefer working from their own devices and often work across multiple devices. Adobe has simplified workflow with end-users in mind. This solution allows users to access files, documents and work from several devices or browsers. It is a cost effective offering, that is simple and efficient,” says CEO of Dax Data, Jeremy Matthews.
The VIP programme is an easy way to license and manage your Adobe subscription software through one system, utilising the same model as Creative Cloud for Teams. Users can download, deploy, count and manage seats from a single administrator console. The console allows for simplified version control, ensuring everyone is on the latest version as well as managing license compliance.
Dax Data continues to offer customers perpetual licenses, but is encouraging customers to consider the many benefits of subscription licensing – including lower upfront costs, simplified management and always-up-to-date software.
