Bytes Document Solutions, which celebrates its golden jubilee in 2014 has presented Xerox concessionaire Digilogix with the Concessionaire of the Year Award for 2013.
The award was presented at the recent Golden Globe Awards, an event hosted by Bytes Document Solutions to acknowledge business partners and employees who have exceeded their targets and achieved levels of sales performance that have helped to make the organisation a great over the last five decades.
Johannesburg-based Digilogix supplies copiers and printers and is also a managed print services provider. The award is based on several aspects, such as business growth and the number of units supplied to market.
“Digilogix has proved to be an exceptional concessionaire,” says Ronnie Oeschger, divisional director of Xerox Indirect Channels at Bytes Document Solutions.
“The company’s achievements have been outstanding, and we want to congratulate Gavin Burton, Nick Southon and their teams for the great results achieved. Digilogix is a very worthy recipient of this award and this is the third time that the company has won this award since it became a concessionaire back in 2002.”
Oeschger says that partnerships with concessionaires are a key part of Bytes Document Solutions’ strategy to develop a strong indirect Xerox channel network and expand Xerox’s footprint in the country.
“These partnerships enable us to lead the way in supporting the needs of customers in the growing document services market, to capture and capitalise on the market opportunity, and help generate more revenue. Concessionaires have access to a full and exclusive range of sales, marketing and business support tools and services.”
Concessionaire accreditation gives companies the closest-possible partner relationship with Xerox, the use of the Xerox brand, one of the widest ranges of products on the market, and advanced training and support from the Xerox team at Bytes Document Solutions.
