The Fourie family has rallied behind Pinnacle Holdings, buying shares and helping to bolster the price.
The Elandre Fourie Trust bought 300 000 shares on 26 March, at an average price of R12.11.
The price had risen by 27 March, when the Louis Fourie Trust bought up 160 000 shares at an average of R12.49 per share.
On 27 March, the Arnold Fourie Family Trust bought the biggest block of shares – 1-million at an average price of R13.21.
Pinnacle shares took a hammering last week, dropping from around R20.00 per share to R11.20 over two days when news that executive director Takalani Tshivhase had been charged with bribery.
