Fujitsu has announced that over 80% of its global resellers are either very satisfied or satisfied with the company and the commercial benefits offered by its SELECT Partner Programme, with satisfaction levels increasing at the higher Programme levels as close business relationships are seen to be key.
Over 2 000 respondents at organisations actively marketing and trading Fujitsu products, solutions and services participated in an independent survey, citing the quality of products and good previous experience as reasons for actively recommending Fujitsu offerings.
With over 70% of Fujitsu’s worldwide sales revenue generated via the company’s growing international network of channel partners, keeping them satisfied and actively promoting Fujitsu products, solutions and services is key to the company’s commercial success. The findings of this extensive Channel Partners Satisfaction Survey will be used to ensure that Fujitsu optimises its portfolio and processes to exceed channel partners expectations.
Highest satisfaction levels were achieved with respondents for whom Fujitsu is the main vendor, with degrees of satisfaction seen to increase as organisations move up the SELECT Partner Programme levels, from Registered Partner, via SELECT Partner, to SELECT Expert, and beyond into the invitation-only SELECT Circle. The quality of business relationship with Fujitsu was found to be the most important factor for partners.
Fujitsu has a vision for a Human Centric Intelligent Society, where people are connected and empowered, knowledge is created from information, and everything is connected to optimise business and social infrastructure. Fujitsu’s channel partners play an important role in helping to co-create value in the digital ecosystem that underpins this vision.
Survey respondents particularly valued the quality of Fujitsu products, which is testament to the company’s capability in achieving this vision on behalf of customers around the world. It also justifies Fujitsu’s approach to decentralised production, for example, including the only remaining production facility in Europe operated by a major international ICT company.
“Fujitsu is investing heavily in its international channel network as a vital factor in meeting the company’s globalisation objectives. Therefore we have made a clear commitment to our channel partners and are helping them to achieve profitable business and growth,” says Veerle Limbos, vice-president, Corporate Channels, Global Product Business, Fujitsu.
“The Fujitsu Channel Partners Satisfaction Survey found that the majority of our partners are satisfied with what we offer them, especially high-quality products and a great business relationship. We will continue to invest to improve in the areas important to our partners.”
