South African ICT managed services provider (MSP) Integr8 has again been listed amongst the top 50 MSPs globally.
According to this year’s Global MSPMentor 501 Edition, Integr8 is the only South African based company to be ranked in the top 50 MSPs globally, out the 501 companies listed. In addition, Integr8 was ranked first place, for the fourth year in a row, as the number one MSP on the African continent.
MSPMentor is produced by Nine Lives Media and is a respected and established guide to managed services. It also serves as the leading global destination for managed services providers. Each year the Guide publishes a list of the top 501 MSPs internationally.
Robert Sussman, joint CEO at Integr8, is proud of the company’s position in the way it delivers its leading edge services.
He believes this success is down to a combination of more than 13 years of experience in building the technology from the ground up, educating the best minds in the industry and instilling a culture of relentless winners. The core aggregation of this comes together in the company’s client entrenched Nerve Centre® operation and leveraged platform.
“The Nerve Centre, Integr8’s digital hub of integrated bespoke technology, skilled technical engineers and ITIL processes, has once again been recognized as a leading core offering where we continuously differentiate ourselves, not only through the innovative services provided, but by the unique way in which these services are provisioned.
“An independent rating from MSPmentor solidifies our roadmap, whereby we are comfortable that we remain 18 to 24 months ahead of the closest global competitor,” says Sussman.
In 2013, Integr8 IT, part of the Integr8 Group, was acquired by the Business Connexion Group, which is rated by IDC as the number one IT services provider in Southern Africa.
