Introducing a new business software and ERP service delivery model to the African market, One Channel has now established itself as one of the continents’ foremost cross-border ERP service providers.
The company assembles resources on a project requirement basis and offers customers the best ERP technology and skills available today.
By partnering with local firms and working closely with them in formulating solutions for their customers, and then by involving its Independent Software Vendors partners and finally utilising the best specialist resources available, One Channel is able to deliver what single reseller organisation’s cannot.
One Channel showed major penetration into Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal whilst also expanding into other areas such as Botswana and Zambia. Adding to its success, it also appointed five new partners including One Channel Botswana, Devote KwaZulu-Natal, Data Support KZN, Enovate Western Cape and ICT Zambia.
The company is ERP agnostic and supports numerous master vendors such as Sage and Microsoft Dynamics. It is an association of business software and ERP industry experts, software reseller solution providers, independent software vendor developers and consultants.
One Channel’s CEO Bernard Ford is upbeat about the future of ERP in Southern Africa. “Reflecting back on the years’ achievements, we won various significant deals. These included the supply of the management system for MyCiTi Cape Town, the supply of a mobile data collection and CRM system for a major sanitary services company and the supply of a service management system to Industroclean in Port Elizabeth.”
One Channel also received orders from the Bank of Botswana and Bofinet, the wholesale broadband supplier of Botswana Telecoms.
“In recognition for the highest Sage CRM sales for quarter three together with our One Channel Kwazulu-Natal partner, Data Support, we won a fabulous trip to watch the Springboks play in Ireland,” he adds.
One Channel’s partnership with its leading software specialists was focused on the following key areas of expertise:
* Mobile Data Collection and XRM solutions for Service Management with MWare and Technisoft;
* Electronic Document Management with Virtual Postman;
* Loan Management and XRM developed solutions with Astech;
