Golden Neo-Life Diamite International (GNLD), a global health and wellness company required an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that could enable them it streamline its order and distribution management process.

Since 1958, the company has been providing health for the whole family, with their whole food NeoLife nutritionals, scientifically formulated Nutriance personal care, and environmentally friendly Golden Home Care. It has over 50 years of experience, and are currently operating in over 50 countries.
GNLD used a legacy order entry system. The ability to process orders more effectively globally was a big requirement, says Marco Taylor, executive vice-president of GNLD in the Africa region.
“We required a modern ERP system for the capturing and distribution of new orders. It also had to include an offline mobile and cloud application element. Sage ERP X3 met those requirements and further provided us with the data integrity that we needed, budget management, stock control, fixed asset management and the provision of solid management reporting.”

The complexities of Africa and our reliance on maintaining our quality service means the system must always be available to place orders and the mobile apps will be used for offline processing and queue busting.”
