How does it work?
* Companies enter into the awards through nomination either by their customers or a representative at the company.
* Nominations open on 1 July, close on 31 December 2014 and are free of charge.
* The South African Service Awards website (www.saservice.co.za) is open for voting by the public all year round, but the official voting period is from 1 January to 30 June.
* Only votes received during those six months count towards the final results for that specific year.
* This is the only service awards in South Africa that relies purely on customer feedback for ranking companies in their respective categories.
