In June, local value-added distributor, the Westcon Group celebrated its annual sales kick off at the Theatre on The Track in Kyalami, Johannesburg, South Africa.
The theme for the event was The Wizard of Oz, and the team used the concept of the Yellow Brick Road as a symbol of its journey through the recent merger with Comztek and how it has led to a single, cohesive unit, that is the Westcon Group today.
CEO Paul Conradie walked the team through a presentation where he reflected on the past financial year and provided insights into the future of the business.
The company also used the event as a platform to reward and recognise achievers.
