Poynting is to buy 100% of African Union Communications (Aucom) for R49,5-million.
This is the result of an agreement with The MAS Trust, Rudolph Rashama, Tebogo Rashama and Aucom.
As part of the agreement, within six months, Aucom will appoint additional employees who will, together with Rashama and Villiers Joubert, the representative and a trustee of the MAS Trust, be involved in the management of Aucom.
